Still havent recieved preorder items
Bought the 90 dollar preorder package and never recieved coldheart or other preorder items...

1 ReplyDid you actually complete the prerequisites to receiving them in game? They arent just given to you at the start.

Here are a few possible solutions: 1.check the box if you bought a physical copy for any extra codes. 2.check your game management to insure you have downloaded everything. 3.search rewards in store and download them. 4 If you are still having problems, have you gameshared destiny 2? This has been known to cause people to not receive their reward.
