Our tiny clan has been struggling since launch with no access to clan settings in the app or via Bungie.net. It appears as though we aren’t in a clan, even though we are gaining XP in game. Today I managed to fix it. It now seems to work via the web, which then fixes the app. Go to Bungie.net. Go to Clans and my Clan. (This didn’t work for me previously but did today). You should now be able to access your clan page. For me it showed my clan was created 7 minutes ago even though we’ve been in the clan for weeks. You still can’t edit the clan banner via the web, but once the clan is created through the web, you then have access to all the options in the app, including the ability to create the clan banner.
