API Key

I've been having a look at the Destiny 2 API docs and would LOVE to get involved but I can't get an API key! The response from any of the calls tell me to go to https://www.bungie.net/developer to find out what to do but I just get 404 Not found. Can anyone help me get started/point me to where I can get a key? Thanks!
