Can't join any faction (milestone disappeared)
On Nov. 1 got milestone to speak with Arach Jalaal and logged out.
On Nov. 3 logged in and saw no milestone. Arach Jalaal speaks as if milestone is active (tells about his faction), but there is no further progress and no badge. NPCs from other factions tell nothing and have no badges.

With the reset came the end of the faction rally. You'll have to wait for the next rally in order to ally with a faction
