Bug happened when I teleported from the tower, to the node on the tower. I did not spawn, but instead had the ability to spectate other players as if I were dead. I was solo at the time. After the usual death respawn timer (which was not visible, I had normal tower UI) my character respawned in the usual place and carried on as usual.
