I would love to see a strike somewhat similar to Taniks from D1 but in The Last City. Now I know this is far stretched and most definitely has flaws but I was thinking along the lines as Hawthorne get a distress call in the city from civilians in the city (further establishing a link between humans and guardians) about the Fallen attempting a heist on a weapon manufacturing building perhaps Veist or Daito (giving more hints to Ana Bray) to steal their tech for their own. You show up in the streets of the city and arrive at the manufacturing building and fight your way through low level enemies and catch the strike boss just as he steals the tech and hops on a pike blasting a hole through the wall jumping out onto a highway making you and your fire team having to give pursuit. Eventually (and not too long as though it would be an awesome sight... it'd be boring for gameplay as you can't shoot on sparrows) Amanda Holiday would come in and shoot the fallen's pike with her ship making him crash into a city square with skyscrapers surrounding the boss area. He then uses the weapon tech as a Last stand against the fireteam. They could even toss in a strike specific loot with it being the only Daito gun in the game. Thanks to whoever actually read this full post and feel free to add in any ideas. I'd love to see more of the Last City and this was just what I thought up of without just saying create another social space.
