Still have not received preorder content
I'm playing the game through game sharing on Xbox One. My friend preordered the game (standard edition for Xbox One) on the Xbox One marketplace. They have Coldheart and the other things but I cannot access it, even though it is installed and I've beaten the campaign and reached level 20.
At first I thought this was a game sharing issue (which would be fully understandable) but I have other friends who have game shared and accessed the preorder bonuses just fine.
I've tried to refresh the licenses and I've heard back from nowhere else about any solutions that could solve this issue.
Do you have any suggestions?

2 RepliesPlease note that Bungie does not support license sharing as this is a console feature. Only the account that was used to purchase the account is guaranteed to receive the purchased content.
