Raid keys missing
Did most of the raid and got 2 keys, changed character to redo the story, changed back to my original character and the keys are still there. I started up the raid to get the chests and the keys where gone. This robbed me of my hard fought loot and wasted my time.

I to lost my 3 keys. We didn't beat the final boss. All three keys were in my inventory. Return to raid, now they gone.

Just did the raid and looked in my inventory to see my three keys missing and this was all after the reset. What the hell is going on???

Lost all of my keys when i made a new character then today lost my 3 new keys when my raid team and I went back to claim our chests.....really wish they would do something to fix this issue

Same problem here...did the 3 events yesterday, the gauntlet, the gardens and the beasts....Got only 2 keys...now i can´t complete the raid challenge... FFS...Please sort this out.

Seriously. I checked my inventory before we beat the raid. We went to the tower, then to the chests. When we landed on the big ship, We all checked which keys we had, I no longer had mine. Please fix this. My friends ALL got their exotic and legendary engrams from the chests. I however, lose.

Same here. Did all 3 stages of the raid AFTER the reset, then we made a quickstop at the tower (one guy wanted to encrypt his engrams in hope he gets better stuff for the final boss), and when i came back 2 of my 3 keys were gone. I was so angry. We tried the boss and after 1 hour we went back and tried to get the chests. When i stood in front of the aqueduct chest (one of those i should have had the key but didnt), it even said i would need the "armory key", while everybody else could use their aqueduct key (armory key is the other lost key i should have had). Bungie. PLEASE fix this! It is really annoying to play the raid and dont get the loot you deserve!

happened to two of my friends today. Hell the first week i lost 6 keys due to the character create bug. Really lame.

1 ReplySame I just finished the Raid and had the keys in my inventory. After going to the tower to turn in engrams they were gone. Everyone else in my team had them... I was the only player to lose all 3 keys.

You WILL lose them every week upon starting the raid or at reset on Tuesday. To get the challenge, you need to beat the raid's three encounters and THEN go for the key rewards even if you have to switch them over from another character. They did this, as I learned otherwise, by design. They don't want people saving up three keys, unlocking the underbelly, and then quitting all the encounters for the raid. I imagine this was done as a concern for LFG groups more then anything else...

This just happened to me! Has there been any fix to this issue. I haven't even completed the whole raid. Just got up to the final boss, we all decided to complete it another day, and before I turned off my system was just making sure what keys I had to prepare to get the loot tomorrow, and all of a sudden the keys I just got disappeared. How do we get bungie on this problem asap??

Same here, took HOURS to beat the raid and got three keys. Went to the traveler to turn in rewards then I went back to unlock the chest with the keys. I was literally the only person who didn’t have the keys. What’s the point of doing these raids then? I know about the week reset but this just happened and the reset was on Tuesday.

Same shit happened to me did raid first time beat it went to tower and my engine room armory room and aqueduct keys disapeered from inventory

This happened to me also. Completed raid. Went to Travler to turn in engrams. We all went back to the raid to do the keys and half of our fire team lost their keys (including me).

I just had my keys disappear after running the raid tonight. Finished Calus and checked inventory to see which keys I had. All three were there. Our fireteam went out to the tower and then back to do a chest run. Once loading into the leviathan again I checked my inventory and noticed all keys were now missing. First time this has happened to me but we have had several Clan members experience this issue last week as well.

1 ReplyI completed the raid for my first time right after reset, acquired the keys, and after we finished I noticed they were no longer in my inventory. The rest of my fireteam had their keys. Here is what happened exactly: - Made it to Calus, and [u]I DID SEE[/u] that my keys were there in my inventory. During our time at Calus, there was a point where 3 of us were kicked due to server issues. We rejoined back in. - Finished the raid, acquired loot, then we decided to head to the tower to make room [u]BEFORE[/u] doing the chests. - While sitting at tower, I looked at my inventory the [u]SECOND[/u] time, and noticed all of my keys were gone. I decided to go with my fireteam and do the chests to see if they would come back/glitched, and they never came back, and I couldn't open any of the chests. Sometime between entering Calus's chamber and going to the tower, my keys disappeared. Again, we finished the raid AFTER the reset, so I know they weren't taken because of the reset. Hopefully this info can help. (first time doing raid, already robbed *crying*)

On Xbox finished the raid all in one go had three keys went to the tower and all three keys were gone. This is unacceptable that’s my lot that’s just gone. This needs to be fixed and we need to get our keys back.

1 ReplyJust finished the raid in one shot. Started 5pm EST and finished at 8:20pm EST. One raid member went offline and the rest of us went to The Traveler to clear space for our key loot. Went right back into the raid and two of us had lost all three of our keys. This is unacceptable, we already have to deal with the fact that we can possibly just get tokens and keys for beating raid encounters. Which means that someone can in theory go through the raid and not get one item to raise their power level if the RNG screws them hard enough. Now we have to deal with loot given being taken away by a bug? There are a lot of people that are asking me if they should play in PC when it comes out and even though I already preordered the game for PC I'm finding it harder and harder to recommend they also get them game.

Same problem. Went all the way through, killed calus then went to orbit to restart raid and myself and a team member lost all three keys while the rest kept theirs. This is second time!!!!

Feels pretty great to go all the way through the raid and then miss out on literally the only chance to actually get something out of it.
