Missing raid key

So I did the new Leviathan raid, an I got an engine key but the next day(it was a Saturday) it was missing from my inventory and my raid checkpoint was gone. Is this a glitch or something

Can you imagine bungie would allow a glitch to take all of your keys that you worked so hard for. What a fail.
