So how exactly do I get the best outcome when I upgrade a weapon/armor?
I kind of understand that you get a small powered Weapon and combine it with a bigger one. But what's the best tactic?

1 ReplyThere's no tactic. You get out what you put in. The only thing to be aware of is gear mods. Legendary (purple) mods will add five points to an items' power, but they are not factored into infusion - infusion only uses the base value of the item.
