Make kinetic weapon mods drop more often
I've only gotten 7 or 8 of them in the 50 hours or so that I've played the game since last Friday including the mods that I've bought directly from Banshee with all my glimmer. Pls make them drop more frequently??? It's really hard to power up without all your weapons being as high as possible...

Update!...blue kinetic mods don't exist. You have to dismantle purple mods for material to trade banshee for a random Weapon Mod and a chance for purple kinetic attack mod in the primary slot. My experience was 12 purple mod dismantles for one primary slot purple mod. D2: The run for ammo, grind for glimmer sequel we all waited a year for!

Wow, I genuinely didn't know they were drops or even available. I've never gotten one nor have i seen anyone with a kinetic mod. They definitely need to work on the drop rate.

I do not think you can get Kinetic Weapon Mods via Glimmer - I have yet to see a rare (blue) mod of this type. My only success so far has been via Gunsmith packages (Gunsmith materials). It is also possible via mod components although I have yet to get one this method (a friend did, though). I am up to three so far (not counting exotics that came with one).

I'm very disappointed in destiny 2. It's a beautiful game but I feel all the magic and mystery has been removed. As well as bounties, quests, white whale weapons, raid gear (that helps in raid), hidden quests, dead ghosts, grimmore score, subclass customization, daily missions and tasks....etc. How could they do this to us? The end of destiny 1 they had all these great ideas, adventures and wonderful quest lines. It took bungie 3 years to fix destiny 1 and it seems they forgot all they learned and didn't listen to anyone that actually played destiny and instead listened to the players who played for 5 minutes complained and quit. What the hell were they thinking. EVERYONE I KNOW FEELS THIS WAY AND MOST ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW GAME TO PLAY. Please list what you miss and let's get bungie's attention so they can please fix this boring game!!! IS THIS EVEN DESTINY ANYMORE???

I thought they do not exist in nature separately from the weapon. With the exception of exotic weapons I've gotten from a powerful engram only one rifle with a built-in kinetic legendary mod. Now I know that the gods of random don't like me :)

The way I found to get them in buying the random legendary weapon mods. I don't think I've ever seen a rare version drop.

I haven't had any drop for me yet. :( I hear the best way to get them, is to use the legendary Mod Components to reroll a random legendary weapon mod from Banshee.

I think it would be better to have more variety in the weapon mods just in general. Give us mods like rangefinder or hidden hand. The things that made our guns unique in d1.

Yep, I only get one if I make them, and those only drop 1 out of maybe 5 or 6.

1 Reply7 or 8 in 50 hours? That's actually a fairly good drop rate. They're not meant to be just thrown on every single solitary kinetic weapon you get in the very beginning of the game.

2 RepliesLast night I used my legendary shards to buy duplicate exotics from the collection in my vault, then I dismantled them for materials which I traded in with banshee, it's a pretty good way to get mods and you don't really lose that many shards since you get some back with each exotic you dismantle.
