Hit detection is awful, netcode is laughable, I could go on but the short version is they need to stop forcing PvE players into a broken game mode to progress. Solution is simple, let PvP players play along happily in a seperate instance and stop combining the two for Milestones. Plus the nerfs to weapons kill the main (PvE) game because PvP folks be whining.
