HERE IS A SHORT RECAP OF THE VIDEO AND WHAT I SAID: STEPS IN ORDER FOR MAIN CHARACTER 1. Complete Campaign 2.Grind planets until you have 265+ gear and weapon fro the legendary engrams from the vendors 3. at this point, Do the weekly Clan XP, Crucible, Raid, Flashpoint, and nightfall in order to earn all the powerful gear for the weekif you do all this, you should be around 280-290 power level especially if you did the raid. 4.at this point, make another character, repeat the process, then transfer the gear and you will 100% hit 300 power. OR, wait until the next week in order to redo these milestones and again, you will 100% hit the 300 power mark. 5. Be sure to utilize mods. they are super effective, and will give you up to 40 extra power compared to if you didn't have them. keep in mind exotics already have these on them. To get kinetic damage mods, be sure to dismantle 2 legendary mods, and roll for a weapon mod, you will have a 1 in 4 chance of getting this for your legendary kinetic weapons. 6. Be sure to always look to infuse rather than dismantle. If you infuse more than you dismantle, your power will be going up, slowly, but surely. for example my coldheart went from 227 light to 298 and my sunshot went from 225 to 299 7. clans are one of the, if not THE best way to get a ton of gear weekly. Also gives you a chance to play with competent players for raids, nightfalls and crucibles. the more you level up the more glimmer, damage, and items you can get.
