can't access inventory or characters on the companion app
App works fine for clan and main page, just can't access my character or inventory at all. Played D1 exclusively on ps3 and now playing D2 on ps4.

9 RepliesSeems to be an issue for most players who played D1 on 360/ps3 only then went to D2 on xb1/ps4. Players are reporting that playing (and doing character import) D1 on xb1/ps4 will generally resolve this issue.
