Clan engrams still an issue, update please
Clan engrams are still dropping at 10 power for many members of my clan and I am still not receiving engrams for trails or raid completions. This is a major issue for those it is affecting and they deserve an update.

I also have not received this weeks clan engrams. Last week after joining a clan I ended up receiving 2 clan engrams and I did not finish the clan xp milestone before the reset. I have already completed and acquired the clan xp milestone this week but its the only engram I have received from Hawthorne when my clan has already completed Nightfall and Leviathan.

My clan just completed raid, the app is telling me 3/4. When I load into the tower, Hawthorne has nothing. What is the issue?

12 RepliesWell personally, I don't think I deserve a high power item from Trials if I didn't do a damn thing. The fact I am able to receive any item from an activity I did not participate in is great, in my opinion.

Would be nice to be able to retroactively get those items back. Clan has two challenges complete now that didn't give anything (plus a few items at 10), and I've been stuck at ~275 for a couple days. This is getting really frustrating.

I get the raid and trials engrams at 10-15 power. I'm 303 maxed and my powerful engrams have started dropping at 294

Didnt have a problem collecting clan rewards last week but hasnt let me collect any this week. Also one day last week it showed up the name of a random clan as my clan, even though all my clan members were correct. The next day it was back to showing up correctly when I viewed my clan page.

1 ReplyJust got the clan raid engram - got the raid smg "Mob Justice" at 10 power. What a crock! I sure hope they fix this and our weapons magically jump up to the proper level. I'm not holding my breath though.

Agree. I run a clan of over 75 members and they deserve an update on why some of them are still not receiving rewards or are receiving lower leveled rewards than others. I know that I personally am not receiving these rewards, but as founder my primary concern is for my clan. Bungie, any update is greatly appreciated.

How is this still an issue? It's gone on for far too long already.

2 RepliesI was under the impression that this is on purpose. The 10 power only applies to Raid and Trials engrams. It gives players a chance to wear the gear, but not get free high-level endgame gear without tackling the activity themselves.

I completed with my clan the activities of the Crucible and also nightfall, but I did not receive the engrams of these activities in Howthorne and the other members of my clan, even those who did not do the activities received. How do I fix this Bungie?

This deserves high level attention. But in typical Bungie fashion I bet they're attacking the beneficial bugs/exploits immediately and putting stuff like this on the back burner. And if they can't fix it immediately, they need to devise a way to get the people who are owed engrams what they deserve instead of a "we've fixed it moving forward"

6 Repliestrials and raid engrams drop at 10 power, if you are new to a clan as in came in post reset you wont get rewards for that week.

2 RepliesRaid and Trials are true end game rewards. It isn't a glitch, they are supposed to drop low. You get something for nothing.

7 RepliesAs far as raid and trials engrams dropping at 10 light... I mean it's free end game loot that you don't even have to attempt the activities to get. The least one can do is infuse it up themselves. I have no issue with getting raid and trials gear at low light since I haven't tried either yet and haven't done anything to earn them.

6 RepliesI'm in a clan where most of the players are primarily on Xbox and I'm on PS4, are those clan rewards carried over across platforms? On the website it says I can visit hawthorne to claim my clan engram but when I go she doesn't have anything for me.

Same here, I didn't receive the Trials of the Nine clan reward (and probably I've missed other clan rewards from other activities) whereas most of the people of my clan are getting it, and the clan members that are getting the reward is at 10 power level.
