I know that every engram has a pre-determined power that when opened will give you a weapon or armor piece corresponding to that same power, however, what I don't know is how to increase that said "pre-determined power" so that I can acquire higher defense armor and higher damaging weapons. Anyone understand how the system works? P.s. (My highest power possible is 273 but with my preferred gear it is 270)
