Hand cannons need some love

Before all the casuals and d1 casual vets flame my thread read the entire topic. I'm not saying nerf anything. Im not saying anything is overpowered, but hand cannons need love in PvP and PvE. In PvE hand cannon crits morr often than needed leave the mob at a sliver of health. Never one shotting them even up close. The weaker enemies sure but most cabal shouldn't handle a massibe bullet to their skull im sorry. A crit buff would be nice or just overall damage buff. In PvP everything else kills much faster and much more consistently than a hand cannon. Auto rifles have no damage fall off, flinch to much, and just out class them. Scout rifles are fine but when a scout rifle is more consistent up close than a hand cannon we have issues. The crit and body damage is much to unforgiving. Taking 3 crits to down somebody with a low RoF hand cannon is just way to harsh with the way weapons interact at the moment and needing 4 or 5 for the mid RoF is just not going to happen against anybody using competitive weapons like prosecuter, uriels gift etc. Allow Low RoF to kill in 2 crit / 1 body is much more feasable in my opinion while mid RoF 4 crits or 3 crits one body seems much more feasable. You have to actually pace your shots and aim your weapon. Missing a crit with a hand cannon is TOO unforgiving right now especially with how other weapons are tunee currently. Especially SMG's. Why use a hand cannon when you can use an SMG? So please give us reasons to use them. I love precision weapons more so to spray weapons. Always have. Give them some love. They definately need some tuning.
