Bright dust

I had bought a shader with bright dust 2 days after release and I just now noticed my character isn't receiving any bright dust from bright engrams even after I delete the gear I thought I could just make a second character and it'll be fixed but none of my characters can get bright dust and I'm stuck on 14 bright dust when I should have well over 2000 plz look into this and check my account to verify the exact amount and refund my bright dust it's really annoying me and restricted me from purchasing items
