Let's talk about the Tractor Cannon

If you haven't gotten the Tractor Cannon or don't know how it works, here's a basic rundown. The gun isn't your traditional shotgun, instead of actual bullets, it shoots a "wave," I guess you can call it. it sends enemies flying back, but only dealing a small amount of damage. It's other special perk, the scientific method, increases the weapon's speed and handling after repeatedly hitting the same target. If you've gotten this gun, what're your thoughts on it? What situations have you found it useful in and what advice can you give to other players who just received this gun. One of the negatives to this weapon is its damage output. Sometimes I'll see a 200 or 300 pop up, but the damage output is only enough to one shot red bar enemies like dregs, goblins, etc. Therefore, it is a good crowd control weapon for low health enemies who are crowding you. Does that mean you shouldn't use it against higher health enemies and bosses. Sort of. From testing I've done, using this weapon against bosses in all Lost Sectors, and some strikes, just about every shot will stun it if fired up close. If you have a full stock of heavy ammo, using this weapon with its scientific method perk can be extremely overwhelming to higher health enemies. It can give your team some breathing room to deal damage to the enemy you're attacking or clear out adds without being shot by the boss. How do you guys feel about this weapon?

Best use is what it was made for, pushing enemies off the edge of places while doing slight burn damage. It may seem niche, but after running a few strikes/patrols and public events you'd be surprised how useful it can be. Plus it's just super fun to use, I like it a lot
