So I Just Hit 20 and I'm Still Getting Lower Level Drops

Not to mention my "Cold Heart" is level 16 for some reason. Even my vendor rewards are Level 15 and 16. Wtf is going on? Am I missing something? Surely I am.

2 RepliesIt's your power level. Lv 16, 18, whatever weapons still have potential to drop that high. Save them and have high power second characters :) when you hit 220 or 230 something they'll all be lv 20
