First impressions of D2 (PC)

Hello! Wanted to share my first impressions of the game after playing the PC beta, as someone with no previous experience with Destiny, but hearing about it from friends. I tried out all three classes, the strike and pvp. Sorry if this is a wrong forum category. Previous MMORPGs I've played: Tera, Aion, Wildstar, Lineage 2, Guild Wars 2. Previous action shooters: Overwatch, Warframe, Mass Effect. My expectations can be skewed by those. - First; I am really happy that this title has been bought to PC! :) Was always very curious about this game and finally could get my hands on it. Gamescom booth convinced me to pre-order. - Game looks gorgeous and runs smoothly on max settings, the only more noticeable FPS drop I have encountered was in the Farm zone when approaching one of the edges of water (my specs: GeForce GTX 1070, Intel i7-6700K 4.00GHz, 16GB RAM, Win 10 64bit, game on SSD drive). Game crashed once during strike boss fight. - LOVE the armour designs. - The opening is really nice with it's cinematic cutscenes, character chatter and a sense of urgency. Love it when mmos have some story that allows the player to get attached to it's world. Looking forward to more story quests. - I know that this is a sequel, but would be great if new players could learn a little bit about important parts of lore from the first game on launch in some way. I've looked it up before, but two of my friends did not and felt a bit lost. - Initially I was a little confused about where to customize character abilities as there was no "abilities" tab. Found it accidentally while checking equipment; hopefully some things will be more clear/explained on launch when you start with a low level hero. - A training area would be great to test out different abilities and weapons. - UI is rather obvious that this is a console port with having to hold buttons, etc. It's not bad, just need a bit of time to get used to. Visually it is very sleek and pretty. - Would like an option to see my team mates HP. (maybe there is an option, but I didn't see it?) - Using the weapons feels very satisfying, I like it that each weapon type has it's own flair and feels unique. I'm using KB+M. - Would be nice to have some more heavy ammo drop to play around with those weapons more. - Character abilities are fun. However, cooldowns feel rather long and the uniqueness of each class was more felt through their different jump types (the various jump/air mobility styles is a really cool idea) and their armour. Would be great if CDs were shorter in PvE to make the "space magic" feeling more prominent. - Really like it that the camera goes to 3rd person when using supers. - Kill cam in PvP would be great. - Hand cannons felt rather strong in PvP; seemed as if almost everyone was using them. Maybe it will be different with more gear available. - Slightly unsure about abilities/weapons having the same stats in both PvE and PvP. - The soundtrack is very atmospheric and creates an appropriate mood. Awesome!! - Would like it if it was possible to adjust the volume of Music, Dialogue and SFX separately. - Looking forward to raids to play with a 6 stack. :) - Will it be possible to team up with more than 3 players in the open world parts of the game? - Chatbox; Happy that text chat is available on PC. Would be nice if it disappeared after a while of inactivity. Real name could be off by default; got rather put off/confused by seeing my full name in game. - General chat for hub zones would be nice. I'm guessing it is not a thing to avoid spam? Overall my view of the game is positive, me and friends have enjoyed ourselves in the small bit available during the beta and I am really looking forward to playing the full thing. Thanks!
