You shouldn't be able to transfer Console to PC

I'm going from console to console, doesn't matter.

I've been a Destiny vet from day one. I love this game, and I love my Exo Hunter. However, he won't be coming with me to Destiny 2, because I got it on PC. This is super stupid, and really makes me sad that I won't be seeing my Hunter again. Bungie, pls fix.
