Ghost Fragment Glitch
I obtained the Ghost fragment on Frontier last night, but It does not show up in my Grimoire cards. The ghost is now gone from the spot where I recovered it, but I still do not have access to the Grimoire card.
Is there anything that can be done to help this problem?
