Survey: Should ability charge times be decreased?
Hopefully Bungie will see this and they will be able to put actual numbers behind what the community wants.
P.S. I am aware this is only the beta and doesn't necessarily reflect final gameplay.

I see no reason for them to be so long seeing as how weak they are now.
