With the launch of the xbox early access beta, many ps4 pro users are still unable to play the beta we paid to be in. We are left wondering, When will the freezing/crashing issue be fixed? What is causing the issue? How is Bungie going to make this right? So far it appears as though this will not be fixed during the early access period. The only communication we've had is that the issue is being tracked with no further contact from anyone at Bungie. While we know this is a beta, we would like to know when the issue will be fixed, or at least if the issue is being worked on as of now. If we could get an update, many disappointed gamers, myself included, would really appreciate it.
