Supers all need to deal more damage to PvE foes

Using GG as an example. This is how GG (and by extension all roaming supers) should behave in PvP: 1 shot against regular players. 2 shot against other supers. Only exception is Nova Bomb, which one shots no matter what because of its single use nature. This is how GG (and by extension all roaming supers) should behave in PvE: 1 shot against any non-yellow bar enemy (unless it's something ridiculously beefy like a centurion on steroids or something). 2 shot against a major (yellow bar, but not actual boss). It should deal more than a mere sliver of damage against the strike boss*. *This point in particular should apply to every super. Using Dawnblade against the strike boss? Unloading the entire super on it deals about 1/10th of its full health. If it was a RAID boss, I'd understand, but for a strike? Definitely not.
