It's the responsibility of the guy shooting the rocket to make sure he has a clear line. If he is standing in front of you, -blam!-ing move. If he strafes in front of you, well, then shit happens.

That's the thing, they ALWAYS strafe in front of me and it pisses me off. Same when I try to throw a grenade or use my super. There's always some inconsiderate jerk who gets in my way and ruins it for me. Bounties that explicitly require kills with those things are a ****ing nightmare for EXACTLY this reason.

No bounty specifies rocket launchers. I see heavy kills in crucible. Have you ever tried a heavy machine gun, sword or maybe sleeper? Oh wait don't use Sleeper if it ricochets off the wall and you kill yourself with it then you will be on here complaining that it should have some sort of "guardian who shot me so don't hurt him" fail safe ....

Jump before you shoot then. You must have bad luck because I rarely have that issue.
