I'm just curious here. I think the drop rate is bugged and I know that I'm not the only one. I've saved every boot engram for my Warlock since RoI landed and I just can't seem to get them. I've received EVERY droppable exotic multiple times but not these. I'm not interested reading a lecture about how RNG works, so don't waste your time. I'm only interested in numbers. If you got 'em, how'd you get 'em?
