I'm trying to finish the quest you get when you hit level 25 with a faction. I've heard this quest is bugged but I can't seem to figure it out. I have equipped a new monarchy shader, emblem and TTK edition new monarchy cloak, but getting no progression on the quest. I heard that year 3 cloaks (ROI) won't work and was told that I needed to have year 1/2 spektar gear equipped. I've done that and it's still not working. Why the hell cant bungie fix this? Am I just s.o.l. When it comes to this quest?
