Grimoire was my last hope...

And now I discover it too has been thrown in the trash. Having that carry over from the first game and continuing to build on it would have at least made me feel less like you screwed me over. But you have actually managed to take that away as well. Seems as though with every teaser, reveal, interview and leak there is much more disappointment than not. Which I can only assume is the antipode of what you are actually hoping to accomplish. While there needs to be some give/take when making a video game, specifically a sequel that already has very established and vocal player base - I have yet to see any major strides that show me you put forth anything that even remotely resembles a "valiant effort to deliver a worthy sequel". You took away a whole bunch of junk. Blatantly recycled content from the first game, (sub classes, Dubious Volley, enemies.... a very long list). So it would appear, on the surface at least, your sequel is a collection of Destiny 1, +some polished graphics and repurposed animations, - a whole weapon class, exotics, armor, grimoire, 4 explorable areas, 3 social spaces, a horde mode, 3 raids, shaders, emotes, sparrows, ships, ghosts and probably many other things I don't feel like listing. You know what your game should have been. And you had the chance to do it. You had the chance to create a better engine, start from the absolute beginning, take a couple years - deliver an absolutely fantastic sequel that would have done your franchise justice. But you took the easy way out. You reused all of your outdated junk. Reused all the same assets. The same idiotic P2P. The same setup that was optimized for last gen consoles. I understand why there was no 60 fps. Your crappy engine can't even avoid frame drops running at 30 when you're doing a lot of the activities. Ya think maybe you should have used that as a jumping off point for what NEEDED to be addressed with a sequel? No... you focused on PvP loadouts, supers and deleting everything you could think of. But here's a "silver" lining. I would bet any amount of money that on Launch of Destiny 2, you have more items available in the Eververse than ever before. Your business practice gets more and more deplorable with each passing week. At this point, I'm almost ashamed of myself for putting the faith in you to have the passion and devotion necessary to create a quality game, as opposed to the BungieVision money pit you're currently spreading like cancer through the masses. ... and I thought CoD was bad. Destiny is creeping up on taking that spot.
