While in a two separate fire teams someone had a Crucible Rep Booster active (confirmed because they were streaming). The rep booster didn't apply to anyone within the fire-team other than the person that popped it. I tried popping myself one when no one else had one active. My reputation points were greatly increased while it had no effect on anyone else in the fireteam.
