Do it RIGHT before D2 comes out, so then i can say that D1 was that much more balanced before D2

Nightstalkers have the best of all words except hitscan. They have the damage shield of a nova when casting, an evade that saves their asses better than any other technique in the game (Garrison doesnt compare.), they have a super that can be used 3 times in one go and kill on each hit.. (Golden Gun but slower, with added benefits of extra damage and suppression.)
The entire package of nightstalker is absurd. It's got the perks of a support class, an aggressive class and a versatile class and plays all of them perfectly.
Sorry for wall of text. I hate nightstalkers. Again, my opinion though. I dont cast judgement before i test out things first either. I gave a lot of playtime into nightstalkers to make my realisation.[/quote]

I read some of your responses and I can't believe you find quiver to be the overpowered part of the super, anyone decent with the class uses black hole because unless you're direct hitting people then quiver sucks, I rarely see anyone run it, it's like Golden Gun but 10x worse. The extra armour is necessary because it has such a slow cast time, I get killed mid super a lot. Black hole is the only effective perk in terms of tether and suppression for PvP, but loses it's immediate killing potential, a decent trade-off in my opinion. Basically, Nova Bomb, Fist of Havoc and Golden Gun are all far better than Shadowshot. I think most people's issue with Nightstalker is it's neutral game, the super is average but shadestep and the wombo-combo are what make them top-tier in terms of the hunter classes, and they're annoying to play against because they excel at area denial.

You do realize that hunters and especially nightstalkers are the weakest, slowest characters in the game right. In a meta where melees, supers, and grenades control the kills, nightstalkers suck. Yes the shadestep is a great perk and smoke slows you, but tether actually blows. Like a lot. 50% of the time you die simply by using it. I get warlock'd constantly simply because all they have to do is hold forward and press rb. Titans literally hit me with one bullet in their sidearm and punch me and instadeath. Nightstalkers are not your problem anymore. Everything else is.

I'd be okay with it if they could take back the last damage nerfs to Tripmines and Throwing Knives. You didn't see anyone complaining about those before, but the dot ranged melee and focused AoE grenade combo gets away unnoticed? The eff is up with that?
