Your site and store customer service is shameful

I have been trying to get a problem that's been a problem with a purchase made in October resolved for almost a month and still have not received any help. I have: -posted here: only suggestion was to reply to the email from my purchase for help. I did. -replied to my store purchase confirmation email: they replied and said they are third party store company and can't help with anything in game. - I filled out the customer service link on the store site TWICE!!! And no reply. I included my purchase number, a detailed description of my problem and a screen shot showing it. No reply. I've paid for the game twice, all the expansions twice, preordered D2 and expansions, and bought silver, but I can't get a simple reply after weeks of trying every available avenue. No help. Really sad.

Also if I was on customer support and read that I'd most likely think that you'd gotten the product and either try to get your money back (trying to scam) or you did something to the product that the warranty didn't cover and still want to get a replacement for free (and to clear it up I'm not suggesting that either case applies to you, simply that that is what most people reading it would assume). Also if the fault is at Bungies side or the 3rd part company then I have no idea why you'd keep buying their products, just stop and cut your losses.

    • Customer support is only there to discourage people from wanting support these days. Private companies regarde you as the same shit government orgs regarded you in the past. Buy or die!

      • Two days and still no response from player support team. Please keep liking the post incase it needs to be stuck at the top for a few days or get a certain number of views to get a response. I understand why a lot of people agree with me. A company the size of Bungie not having player support is really frustrating for people who spend their money and expect a certain amount of service in return when the product doesn't work.

      • Customer support nowadays is SO BAD, they always have a automatic robot reply or an copy/paste reply... both don't help.
