I purchased the collections edition a couple weeks ago for my cousins birthday. He began playing and then submitted his code to redeem the taken king and rise of iron expansions, but when he went to play said levels or missions it said he did not have the proper requirements to play. Now the code says he redeemed it yet he is still unable to play. Now I purchased this game because I travel a lot and it helps me maintain good contact and relationships with my family when I am away. For this to not work is a big disappointment. Now I've contacted PlayStation representatives and they've given me the ring around for almost a week. Trying to "fix" things but they're honestly just talking out of their ass at this point. I need your assistance to fix this issue.
