Reprised Raids don't count toward the Raid Grimoire
I was looking forward to getting my 100th VoG run in over the weekend. Yesterday I started at 88. We completed the raid from start to finish three time and I am still at 88. Same with Crota's End, where I started at 218 and am still there after 15 completions from last week.
I obviously have my 50 raid completions done for Grimoire, but for those that do not, this could be an issue.

I think that the problem only occurs with the old raid cards. When I completed the vault yesterday, it still counted as me completing the raid (for the raid introductions card) but not for the Vault of Glass card.

Made my own post about this as well and also inside of the main help topic at the top. Would like to see some acknowledgement from Bungie and this issue added to the list. We want our raid numbers to update accordingly.
