First off, let me say that I am on [b]Xbox One;[/b] the only Dead Ghosts I do not have that I am aware of are on the Echo Chamber Strike, and Sector 618 and Icarus Crucible maps. I followed [b]Rifle Gaming's[/b] video guide on collecting every single ghost in the vanilla game, and [b]nKuch's[/b] guide for all the Ghosts in The Taken King, as well as [b]PlanetDestiny's[/b] guide for all the dead Ghosts in Rise of Iron and Age of Triumph, plus [b]Datto's[/b] guide for all the dead Ghosts hidden on the Crucible maps in Private Matches. I have 5,485 Grimoire score, and the only other collectible I'm missing is 1 Dormant Siva Cluster hidden in the Wrath of the Machine Raid; the one right after the Siege Engine near the loot drop. Also have all 50 Calcified Fragments. With all that out of the way, I would appreciate it if anyone can tell if there are any more dead Ghosts to be found in Destiny; if there's any Ghosts that were missed in any of the videos I watched.
