Bungie not counting stream hours

As the title says, the site does not seem to be counting my stream hours. I do have it linked and have for quite a while. As a quick tally, it appears i have over 77 hrs and no sign of the emblem

Hey TuxyDoh, I believe being at social spaces doesn't count either. If you haven't been delivered the emblem via Postmaster, you have not streamed the required 77 hours. Keep streaming!

Hello, the hours only count when you're playing an activity. Idling in orbit will not count.
