Bloom doesn't seem like it'll ever be removed on handcannons so let's have the ADS reticles expand and retract each time you shoot so you know where your bullet could go in the next shot. Could be applied to other weapons but probably would only be cool aesthetically. Like when they retract on those it'd just be to show that you can shoot again.
Any ideas/objections on this?
Edit: actually they already do that with hip fire but I don't know if anyone has tested its visual accuracy, plus it's not like that for every weapon.

Cool idea. I'll let our scopes guy know about it. Thanks for sharing.

Nope won't happen

Not sure how this will work for HC's, since the reticle is little more than a dot site at the end of a barrel. I supposed the dot could expand into a circle as you fired repeated shots. But I could also see this as being a problem, as the reticle can be used as a timer for your shots, basically removing some of the "skill" involved in the use of HC's. Not that it is a bad idea, just that it has pro's and cons.

Bloom shouldn't be in a video game. If you look at the top broadcasted fps and competitive multi-player games, there's no bloom or rng or imbalanced bs.

Can someone give me a defintion of bloom? Ive heard this a few times and it doesnt quite make sense. My understanding of it is hand cannon shoots and sometimes it does what it should, sometimes it doesnt... is that accurate?

I'm just stopping by to let you know that you're in one of cammy cakes new YouTube videos. Cheers.

I see where you're coming from, but adsing on handcannons gives you a realistic red dot sight, hip firing reticle could take this suggestion quite well, but how would you go about making a red dot behave this way?
