Unable to join target player

My boyfriend and I cannot play destiny together anymore. We used to be able to with little problem, sometimes one of us would get kicked but that was rare. Now we can't even join up! Please fix this ASAP! I love this game but I also like to play with some people in the same house.

 • Hey there, Currently, Bungie is aware and actively investigating the issue. You can find current updates and information in the Marionberry, Canary, and Local Network Fireteam Issues pinned thread. Make sure your home network is properly configured by following instructions in the 'Allowing Destiny Connections' KB article. After attempting the above, you can provide Bungie additional information by following instructions in the pinned thread. Additionally, below I have listed two possible solutions that may be able to get those Guardians back on the field! Solution One: -Restart both games at the same time. - Be sure to only select your characters and do nothing else. - As soon as it loads, try joining together. This is a commonly used method, but usually doesn't have much success. Solution Two: - Leave one console connected via Wi-Fi. - Connect the other via Ethernet cable. - Try joining together. Sorry to hear any inconvenience this may cause. Hope this helps!
