Water Star question
I have been using this on and off for awhile. I love the rate of fire and if I sacrifice range I get crazy stability. My success can be spotty and I find myself switching between this and hawkmoon a lot.
Was this ever a usable weapon? I rarley see it and base stats seem very low. Is there a desired roll with this? Or any tips on best uses and strategy? Want to explore it more but I seem spooty with its preformance.

3 Repliesit used to be a joke, but i really wish i had one now. high rate of fire and high stability hand cannons are great right now, and the fact that you can get that plus rangefinder and hidden hand... its quite solid. you just have to hit your shots and don't challenge anything outside of your range.
