Something positive
For me I played destiny for almost 3 years (a couple months after it was released) and I just want to say yes this game may be pretty much over with content wise but I think we can all agree that it definitely did make us all happy in one way or another. From starting out with story missions to strikes to raids and even trials and PvP it has all allowed us to meet new people and no matter how different in life we are have one think in common. I've made a lot of great friends only because of this game and I really do appreciate the game itself but definitely everything it's had to offer to this date. With that being said let's hear some things that have made you really enjoy what this game has had to offer throughout its existence.

I was out of gaming since my college days. I started playing Destiny when year two came out and have had a blast. I still look forward to playing every chance I get. My son and I still play hours and hours every week. Great game and great fun. Worth every dime I've spent. Thanks

It reminds me of a 2nd hand Alpha Romeo, looks great, feels great, but after a year becomes a rusty bag of bolts that is held together with chewing gum. Still you keep driving it because it has that certain charm which makes you wana give it one more try

I've enjoyed the endless hours of fun with my son, from completing story missiins and quests, to learning how to play pvp. My son is way better than I am but it gives me something to strive for to play better. More importantly i've seen my son exercise good sportsmanship and destroy tbaggers. I like watching him help p other players achieve their goals. Destiny has been a wonderful platform for team building skills and a positive reinforcement of values for those who care enough about others. Thanks Bungie!

Been playing since the first week and I've done it all (except light house, f* that). Now its just things to do for grim' and a few exotics that won't drop for me. I'll do Banner this week but I think the ride is over. I've had a great time with friends, new and old, and family, my three sons but we're running out of stuff to do, even as casuals.

I love the gameplay, no matter how much it changes. Raids, Strikes, Crucible... all fun and games until I lag out. Good times, Destiny.

Ahh, it used to be such a great game :( The best moments I've had in this game was back on 360 during TTK. Myself and another friend were gods at Rumble (I'm still top 1% and I quit last patch, and he moved to the PC with RoI) and Trials. I remember going to the tower some weekends, finding the lowest level person, check to make sure they've never been flawless, and sending said person a message asking if they wanted to do a run. Times like that were fun. Alas, now we live in a world where a musket is the most OP gun in the game, and even it's getting nerfed. #TitanMasterRace

A couple weeks after VoG came out, a person I had friended (if that's a word) invited me to a raid team. We went in blind, pretty much. A couple of the guys had been in the raid but hadn't beaten it yet. That first VoG raid was the best time I've ever had playing a video game, and in still friends with those guys. Love this game and the players. Edited for some manual corrections of autocorrect shenanigans.

Meeting people who I play other games with, the raids and chasing keys before HoW dropped are the only positives im taking away from destiny 1. The rest was pretty terrible start to finish.
