Red bar lagger match making needs to stop!
Seen an increase of bad internet red bar laggers being match in every match match since update. Majority of them are "Mexican servers". What happen to all the "hot fixes" from the past to fix issues. Maybe it's the decrease in number of players leaving Destiny and play other games that actually do what they promise. What about a check your connection before playing crucible? Speak up and make your voice heard.

We are seeing so many red bars ATM because the player base is getting extremely anemic

3 RepliesEdited by mja calg: 2/24/2017 6:17:02 AMBungleVision has no Regional Dedicated Host Servers, so Crucible, ToO, IB, SLR, Strikes and Raids are all hosted by one BungelVision selected console - just as Bungie did back in 2008 with Halo 3 (yes, that is how old their net code is). If the host lagd, they do some skanky IP Exploit, the hosts mom streams her live porn stream in mid game, then you have your typical craptacular Destiny fun time of things not dying, people appearing - disappearing and unkillable opponents. Unless BungleVision grows a pair of Desticles and has Regional Dedicated Host Servers for ALL (patrol, strikes, raids, crucible, SLR, ToO and IB) activities, then i will refuse to buy Destiny 2. No other AAA title uses local hosting and calls their game "Competitive" - it's an absurd joke.

It is all depends on when you play! And yes the connection is horrible because of the player base!

It's all the nerfs it's slowed the TTK down too much. Now it's so slow you can actually see all the faulty coding. Anything that has to do with movement and interactions in games has to do with the coding and programming. There's no fixing that because even when you're green bar you still have lagging problems due to the bad net code.

I agree! I have used up a whole pack of heavy on a lagger only to have been killed by him and by the end of the match it FINALLY gave me the kill.

Its the lack of players forcing us to be connected with players much further away. Bungie stated they had 25 million total accounts created. Overwatch now has 25 million total players. I wonder if a few million went there? Hmmmmmmm

Played elim last night..... Horrible!!! I think some of these kids are testing their lag switches for trials.... Not even remotely fun.

I few weeks ago, I downloaded a "lagswitch" on my phone. We were playing a team who was obviously using one, and Bungie is too neglectful and desperate to police their game, so I figured I'd give it a try. It couldn't have worked better! LoL, this game is such a joke.

It's because destiny is dying a painful death ! The game has to match you with somebody now that it's connection based so obviously nobody around you is playing much so viva la Mexico 🇲🇽

Red bars should only be allowed to play red bars. Let them watch each other lag across the screen...
