Missing item access from Legacy Console transfer

So I purchased the Xbox One and bought Destiny - The Collection to make sure I had access to all the current content. After installing, and performing the one-time transfer, I logged in and found I no longer have access to the items from the digital collector's edition for The Taken King! =-O So, my first solution was to repurchase the content; apparently that's not possible. So I then contacted Xbox Live Support since it's a license that would be put on their console, but found they can't do anything and they asked me to contact Bungie. So here I am. I searched for a support number (phone number I found isn't a support line), and any key words I attempted didn't help find the information relevant to this problem. This post will hopefully get a response from Bungie. I really enjoy the items from the package and was still using them. Also, a friend of mine just ordered her console and will be in the same situation. "-Inserts disc into droid- [Bungie], you're our only hope..."

  • From the looks of it, I may need to shell out the money to repurchase the game physically. Unless anyone has any other ideas to re-obtain the collector's edition content digitally that is actually available for purchase?
