Okay - let's try this again. Nobody here was really doing anything but try to help. I am sorry that you can't get connected on one of the consoles. These support forums are answered primarily by volunteers (both semi-official and unofficial) who have a great amount of knowledge about how the game works, how networking works, and how the various game services work (i.e, XBL and PSN). Many of us help on a regular basis, Myself, Thunda and Baseball included. Are they kids? I don't know, and I doubt it, but they are good eggs. Myself, I am an old timer that has been gaming and involved in networking for over 35 years now, as well as was with the MS XB/XBL MVP program from the beginning and for many years after. If you let any of us go through some basic (and not-so-basic) things to check, we may be able to help you get that particular console up and connecting again. It just may take some time in order to figure out where the failing point is. [i]Occasionally, BungHELP staff may step in but if the thread is already being handled in a certain manner, they will generally place their efforts elsewhere until needed. [/i] The reason the Microsoft XBL Preview/Beta/Alpha program was initially brought up is because your timeline fits the same timeline as the the issue caused by the console update from the Preview program that Microsoft released. This caused a number of multiplayer games to stop connecting and Microsoft is still working on a patch. It may be out today or not, they haven't confirmed that I have seen yet. Most of the other threads related to Xboxes not connecting this week, have been the Preview issue as mentioned. If you are certain the console itself was not enrolled in the Preview program at some time, then we can start looking at other potential issues.
