I literally just flipped out and threw a pillow around the room all because I lost the first round in a match of rainbow six siege. Sometimes I have temper tantrums and yell and even cry sometimes when I lose or even die, and I'm 14 so I'm too old for thst. Can someone please give me some pointers on how to control my rage. Thanks
