This is the second time you guys (Bungie) have done this where I spent real cash to get Crucible boosters and I'm getting baboon and error code after error code after error code watching my two hours tick away and I can't even play the game to utilize my boosters. It is not on my end do not send me another one of your network troubleshooting guides. I want my money back and I want it now this is the second time you guys have done this to me and this is unacceptable. I spent real cash on those boosters. I want my refund and I want it now...

If you're constantly getting error codes then the issues is probably on your end. Issues on P2P servers either come from the host of the match/activity, or the individual experiencing issues.
