Someone is trying to tell me that I can obtain one in level 28 PoE or decrypt Xurs legacy special engrams. I try explaining that quest & raid exotics aren't in the random loot table and can't be decrypted, but this person insists he's apparently the only person ever to have gotten one this way.

They'll do it in April. Locked behind another tedious RNG based quest. Calm down. It'll probably be like the original quest except a kill in the final stage of the quest will give you one point and a death will give you -100 points.
-
You can still use it in everyday crucible and legacy strike playlists... What's the problem?

Pocket Infinity Love posts get upvotes! Mayhem Clash is the ONLY time It gets taken out of my vault as it's the only time there is enough special amo available for it. This morning I shot through a nova bomb with it, aside from catching peeps left and right. It absolutely wrecks as long as you can control the initial vertical kick. This is too good a gun to leave behind.

If they bring up Pocket Infinity, you can bet they'll nerf your precious fusion into the ground. They haven't brought it forward for a reason, so if you like the gun the way it is, suck it up and enjoy it in regular crucible.

I wish they would, but they hate the firing speed. Don't want them to nerf that too.
-
Sure bring back something as crappy as plan c back but leave a truly exotic weapon in the dust. Bungie logic

I used Pocket Infinity for a couple games about a week before the update bc I wanted to show it to my brother who never got it in Year 1. It was pretty fun to melt peoples faces with an unexpected weapon. Played 1 game of Control and obliterated this guy who was using a shotty a couple times. A few minutes later I guess he switched to Pocket Infinity mid-fight and came after me to return the favor. Good times!

No reason too. Fusion have been essentially eliminated in this round of meta updates

Signed! Love this weapon, only use it when i build a new character. Bring it forward.
-
This is a super fun gun to use, I'd love it back
-
Bump. Solar Burn + Specialist + Airborne + Year 3 Pocket Infinity = 😎
-
It's the only Y1 gun (that isn't associated with a Raid) that hasn't been brought back

Sorry dude...
There is too much salt being thrown
