Re-roll weapons please!!!!
Please bungie add this back please, some people don't have the time to farm the same piece over and over to get a good roll....

15 RepliesWeapon Reforging was the best what they added to Destiny. It was like a kind of Crafting (which is typical for MMO's). I don't know why they removed it from the game, maybe because People complained about that other People are able to get the same godroll weapons like themself.

The chance of even getting the gun you want is small then a good roll is even smaller. There should either be re-rolling or the ability to select the drop you want to focus on. Say you can select palindrome as the gun you'll receive but the rolls will still be random. Honestly, it's pointless to chase weapons with the way it currently is. It's a good way to burn out.

Being able to transform a weapon the way we did it before had a rather low cost, with a Weapon Parts shortage period soon thereafter. Now we can buy parts, and Motes of Light are a hell of a lot easier to get making VoG and Crota somewhat relevant, trading shards/energies for MoL. Glimmer was also consumed quite a lot for those perfect rolls, stimulating glimmer usage. Is it fair to ask for a Glimmer Cap increase to promote longevity and experimental services(being able to reroll any junker into a possible Phoenix used to be my favorite thing, now I can only envy the rolls I dream of having) Let this just be silly idea and leave it at that when i'm done; 20 Weapon Parts 10 Motes of Light 500 Glimmer (1000 if the Cap is at least Doubled) 5 applicable Planetary Materials(10 if Marks are at least Doubled)

I support the following for D2. Ditch random rolls entirely. The gunsmith gives you quests or bounties or the like. You have to spend time in game grinding on things to unlock a specific ability in the gun smith, then you can go to the gunsmith and have that perk slotted onto the weapon... Let you spec out your weapoin how ever you want.

Maybe if they tweaked it a little bit so it doesn't end up like HoW era all over again. I don't support the rerolling cause everyone ends up having the exact same roll in like a day or 2, but it does cut down grind time and I'm all for that.
