Error Code Turtle

Since new update (which I think my Xbox 1 isn't downloading), I keep getting this error code, as in I've not played Destiny since as I only get this error code. Have tried emptying my cache, uninstalling and then reinstalling, restarting my router and checking some Internet Explorer based solutions I found online. All with no effect. Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Im taking a shot in the dark and guessing you have BT internet. If not, this may still work, but let me know. The fix is to open the Edge browser app on your Xbox and try to browse to any website. Instead of the website, the first screen will be the BT Internet sign in screen. Sign in to this screen and complete the set-up. Once you are done just exit Edge and launch Destiny.

      Hello, It looks like you have tried just about everything described in this article here: https://www.bungie.net/7_Error-Code-TURTLE/en/Help/Article/11683 The following has also been noted by other players: [quote]Some players have reported that logging onto the same internet network on a different internet device to make sure the internet access is correctly configured has helped resolve this error. We will continue to investigate this issue.[/quote] You could also attempt uninstalling destiny and reinstalling the content again.
