If the VoG raid weapon and the Crota's End raid weapon were both elemental, shouldn't the Outbreak Prime have an element? I know that Bungie seems to want to remove elemental primaries, but shouldn't there be at least one exotic primary with each element? There's already the Zhalo Supercell, and that's arc, so it wouldn't hurt to make the Outbreak Prime solar, and the ZS is pretty easy to get. Making a raid weapon that is locked behind a quest have an element wouldn't be a detriment to the game.
